This beautiful cottage style home in West Oceanside is a wonderful place to bring the family for a beach and North County San Diego getaway any time of the year! It has recently been remodeled from head to toe and is filled with cozy charm and elegance. The home sits on a quiet street in a safe neighborhood West of Interstate 5, centrally located just a few blocks from the popular Oceanside beach area known as "The Strand", shopping, surf shops, cafes and restaurants. It also has a lovely curb appeal with a brick driveway and walkways surrounding the home as well as river rock stone hardscape.

This two-bedroom, one-bathroom home can accommodate up to five people (four adults maximum). The raised hardwood floors and cozy interiors give this home it's beach cottage look and feel. The beds are large and comfortable with top quality linens and comforters to assure you a good nights sleep! A spacious and comfortable living includes a large HDTV equipped with cable DVR, DVD player, and WiFi internet access. The delightful and fully stocked kitchen and dining area is perfect for making home cooked meals or enjoying your morning coffee. The large backyard area is a tropical retreat for relaxation with your favorite beverage or an outdoor meal grilled on the gas barbecue. This home is just the right size for a small family or one - two couples looking for a San Diego area vacation time. No smoking and no pets allowed. There is parking for two cars and the home has a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

Commuting is easily accessible with nearby access to Coast Highway 101, Highways 76 and 78 as well as Interstate 5, The home is also in close proximity to Camp Pendleton and many area golf courses. Day trips to all San area Diego attractions and theme parks are also quite easy by car or train:
- Downtown San Diego, 28 miles
- San Diego Zoo, 28 miles
- Legoland, 10 miles
- SeaWorld, 25 miles
- San Diego Airport, 27 miles

Damage Protection Insurance is a recommended optional item charged at a flat $99 for $5,000 insurance for accidental damages which occur during your stay. Declining coverage, however, may result in a larger security deposit required on the rental reservation.     This house had charm and beach town appeal, very close to everything Oceanside offers and of course the beach. The outdoor living space for BBQs and evening time was spectacular and fun. We also liked the property management team at North County Property Group. Professional and responsive.

    We've enjoyed this home for a month... it is very cute and quaint in a safe and quiet neighborhood and very close to the strand and beach area too for morning walks to coffee houses and strolls on the beach. It is also close to Camp Pendleton which was important for my family. The property manager is North County Property Group - they have been fantastic and easy to deal with.

    We've enjoyed our month in Oceanside at this cool beach house, close to everything we need and very quaint. The backyard is lush and relaxing, loved the BBQ and outdoor furniture. The property managers at NCPG take care of us too and are great to work with.
