Nicely appointed and decorated, this Solana Beach condo features a large "great room" with HDTV, cozy furnishings, dining table and adjacent kitchen. 2 bedrooms filled with delightful antiques and 1.5 bathrooms. The property is ideal for a small family or two couples looking for a vacation getaway to Solana Beach in North County San Diego. Walking distance (less than 1/4 mile, walking distance) to Del Mar Fairgrounds and Race Track as well as great restaurants, grocery, pharmacy, and shopping. Also close proximity to the villages of Solana Beach and Del Mar, area beaches, dining and shopping. Community pool, kids' pool, and open BBQ area just steps from the unit.

The property has easy access to Interstate-5, Coast Highway, Highway 56, and other San Diego transportation corridors. Grocery, restaurants, pharmacy, nail salon, and churches are within walking distance. Trips into Encinitas, Carlsbad, San Diego beaches or stunning Torrey Pines State Reserve and Torrey Pines Golf Course are a short drive away. It’s also an easy day trip to other San Diego favorites such as Sea World, Legoland, Old Towne San Diego, the San Diego Zoo or Safari Park, Petco Park and the Downtown Gaslamp District.

    Del Mar / Solana Beach location - what could be better? The unit is close to everything we wanted. Beach, shopping, Del Mar Fairgrounds. The unit is comfortable and well provided. Property manager company is responsive, fair, and easy to deal with in all respects. Very happy with our stay.

    Very comfortable unit in the heart of Solana Beach, close to everything - beaches, shops, Del Mar and Solana Beach coast highway villages, easy on/off from Interstate 5. Lovely decor, well stocked kitchen, many beautiful antiques.
